 *Effective February 17, 2009, The Texas Department of Insurance has implemented a new Continuing Education Compliance contract with Pearson Vue. through the Sircon Compliance Express system.TDI will now require all registered CE providers to comply with this new reporting method. Additionally, TDI has added a mandatory fee of $.75 cents per reported credit hour, per student. Course Description:

This course will provide you the information to effectively understand:

• The Texas specific homeowners policy forms: Homeowners A, A amended, B and C coverage forms including the perils each policy form covers.
• The various different types of policy forms covered under the Texas Personal Lines Coverage. This includes: Homeowners, Renters, Town homes, Condominiums, Mobile Home Communities, Farm and Ranch owners Coverage, and the Texas Dwelling Policy.
• Which perils and causes of loss would be covered and excluded.
• The applicable coverage limits and required time frames for filing certain items/forms that are required by the insurer.
