*Effective February 17, 2009, The Texas Department of Insurance has implemented a new Continuing Education Compliance contract with Pearson Vue. through the Sircon Compliance Express system.TDI will now require all registered CE providers to comply with this new reporting method. Additionally, TDI has added a mandatory fee of $.75 cents per reported credit hour, per student. Therefore, we must collect this processing fee and send the collected fees directly to Sircon, per T.D.I.
