Remember, the fine is $50.00 per credit hour of non-compliance plus TDI can audit a total of two renewals back (4years). Example(1 )If a licensee did not complete 30 hours of c.e. before their renewal/expiration date total fine $1,500.00. Example (2) If a licensee did not complete 30 hours of c.e before their last 2 renewal/expiration dates total fine $3,000.00
